چکیده
ABSTRACT Campomanesia rufa (O. Berg) Nied. is a Myrtaceae species native to the Brazilian Cerrado. As C. considered endangered, in vitro propagation an alternative for its conservation. However, lack of effective disinfection protocols endophytic microorganisms naturally present plant tissues hinders success micropropagation. In this context, objective study was isolate, molecular identify, and control endogenous occurring bacteria propagated vitro. Purified PCR products bacterial isolates were sequenced by Sanger method aligned with homologous sequences using Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) available National Centre Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database. MEGA7 software used align all draw phylogenetic trees. Survival, shoot height, efficiency antibiotics (streptomycin, ampicillin, chloramphenicol) at different concentrations culture medium evaluated. Different Bacillus sp. strains observed tissues. When testing antibiotics, 32 mg L-1 ampicillin caused significant reduction contamination no effect on explant survival. On other hand, 256 streptomycin greatest but lethal over 90% explants. This first report occurrence their context

Antioxidant and Antihyperlipidemic Effects of Campomanesia adamantium O. Berg Root
Campomanesia adamantium O. Berg, popularly known as guavira, has been used in Brazilian traditional medicine for reduction of serum lipid. The present study was carried out to investigate the antioxidant and antihyperlipidemic effects of Campomanesia adamantium root aqueous extract (ExCA). Phenolic compounds were quantified in the ExCA and gallic and ellagic acids were identified by HPLC. ExCA ...
متن کاملIsolation and molecular identification of carotenoid-producing bacteria
The production of pigments from bacteria is significant due to the low cost, high yield and ease of extract compared with other sources. Carotenoids are one of the most important pigments with antioxidant properties which are the precursor of vitamin A synthesis and have antibody overproduction ability, anti-tumor activity and inhibitory effect on the cardiovascular disease. The present study a...

The aim of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity of Campomanesia adamantium seeds to desiccation by drying in activated silica gel (fast) and under laboratory conditions (slow). To assess the sensitivity of the seeds to desiccation, we used drying with silica gel and drying under laboratory conditions (25 °C), in order to obtain seeds with moisture content of 45, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 and...
متن کاملIsolation and molecular identification of bacteria producing alkaline phosphatase enzyme from environmental sources
Alkaline phosphatase (ortho phosphate, monoester hydrolase phosphoinositide E. C. 3.1.3.1) is a non-specific metalloproteinase enzyme that is located inside periplasmic space of bacteria. This enzyme is used to measure freshwater sediment in genetic engineering for cleaning water. Isolation and molecular identification of the bacteria producing alkaline phosphatase and comparison of its product...
